Pre-booked journeys only
The chauffeur service with the passenger at the centre.
Anyone can send a car. We keep a record of the person in it — the door they prefer, the flight they always take, the invoice that goes to their assistant — so the second journey is easier than the first, and the tenth needs no instructions at all.
Three ways in
A private client, a company account and a partner operator want different things from the same fleet. Each gets its own door rather than one form for everybody.
Private clients
One driver who learns your household — the early run to Heathrow, the car left waiting while you view a house, the invoice that goes to whoever handles it.
How it works →Corporate accounts
Your assistant books, we invoice weekly in arrears, and the same handful of drivers see the same faces. Business and personal travel billed separately.
Open an account →Travel partners
Operators who need Dorset covered at short notice. Agreed rates, a driver briefed to your standard, and your client never knows it wasn't your car.
Work with us →What "known" actually means
Every journey is recorded against the person, not the job — addresses, flight numbers, who books and who pays, and the small preferences nobody should have to repeat. It is the same record that satisfies the council's operator requirements, which is the point: one careful system, two purposes.
Preferences
Kept on the client, given to the driver before the job, never asked for twice.
Six years
Every booking held and producible — well past the council's six-month minimum.

Fixed fares, agreed before you travel
No meter, no surge, no hidden extras. The fare covers parking and tolls on the planned route; the only additions are things you change on the day, agreed with you at the time.
Built around the drivers, not just the passengers
The trade is short of good drivers because it treats them badly. Avanti Executive Travel is being built the other way round — and it is the reason the service holds up on the days it would otherwise slip.
Training that continues
Not a licence and a shrug. Standards taught, refreshed and paid for.
Licensing help
The application, the medical, the knowledge — walked through, not left to guesswork.
A route in
Transition packages for people arriving from the police, the fire service, the forces and elsewhere.
Travelling with assistance
A wheelchair, an assistance dog, an arm to the front door, or simply more time than the timetable allows. Tell us when you book and the driver knows before he arrives — no explaining yourself on the doorstep at six in the morning.
Assistance dogs
Carried, every time, at no charge. There is no notice to give and no question to answer.
Mobility help
Doors, the walk to the car, folding and stowing a chair, the bags. Never an extra on the fare.
Asked once
What helps is kept on your record and given to the driver before the job. Removed whenever you say.
Much of this the law already requires of every licensed driver — to carry an assistance dog, to give reasonable mobility assistance, and never to charge for either. We would rather do it properly than meet the minimum, which is why drivers are being trained for it rather than left to work it out.

Questions we are asked
How far in advance should I book?
We ask for at least seventy-two hours. Every journey is pre-booked and allocated to a named driver in advance, and three days is what it takes to hold the right vehicle and brief him properly. For anything sooner, telephone rather than use the form — we will tell you straight away whether we can cover it.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We watch the flight from the moment you book and re-time the pick-up against the actual landing, not the schedule. Sixty minutes of waiting is included from touchdown, which covers most immigration halls.
Is the fare really fixed?
Yes. Parking and tolls on the planned route are inside it. The only things added afterwards are changes you make on the day — an extra stop, waiting beyond the allowance — and those are agreed with you before they are charged.
I use a wheelchair, or travel with an assistance dog. What should I do?
Say so when you book — there is a section on the booking form for it, or ring us. An assistance dog travels with you at no charge, and a folding wheelchair is stowed and returned by the driver. A rigid-frame chair needs the V-Class for the space, so we will send that rather than tell you it will not fit. Nothing on that list costs anything, and we keep it on your record so you are not asked again next time.
Do you carry children's seats?
Yes, with notice, and at no charge. Tell us the ages when you book so the right stage of seat is fitted before we arrive.
How do I pay?
Private journeys on card. Account clients are invoiced weekly, week ending Sunday, due on receipt.
Tell us about the journey.
A fixed price by return, and a driver who has the details before the day.
